Newer inventory
Many homes are similar on paper. Small differences — backyard, upgrades, street noise — decide who gets a tenant this month versus next.
Owner profile
A lot of French Valley rentals are held by investors who do not live in the valley. They need a manager who will actually meet the vendor at the gate code.
Airport and corridor
Flight paths and Winchester Road traffic are not secrets. We disclose honestly and find tenants who already know the tradeoff, instead of hoping they will not notice.
